Thursday, 10/3 (TR OF MIN DAY WEEK—1:15 minute blocks) Prep for Press Conference
· Go over your handout together as a group and bullet point answers to the questions.
· Flesh out the character. How does he or she sound, act (mannerisms?), dress (props are good!). What sort of body language is the character going to project?
· What are your character’s most important ideas? How can you present them in the most persuasive, interesting way?
· What questions are the opposite teams’ public relations officers going to ask to trip your character up?
· What questions can you come up with to get your public relations agent to ask other characters to trip them up? This requires studying the other teams’ handouts.
· Rehearse!
